On October 23, the 3rd National Saemaul Undong Leaders Convention was held in Law Development Center(LDC), Makerere Univ., Kampala, Uganda.

In the Ceremony, Two  Saemaul leaders were given the citation from President of Korea Saemaul Undong Center and 40 new Saemaul Undong villages leaders received the certification of appointment and flag of Saemaul Undong from Uganda Saemaul Undong Association. 

Roughly 1,000 Uganda Saemaul leaders and guests attended the Ceremony.
