Saemaul Training for Mongolia which aimed at 20 officials and villagers of Mongolia was held in Saemaul Undong Central Training Institute from April 26th to May 2nd.

    SO, Jin Kwang, the president of Korea Saemaul Undong Center, said at the completion ceremony, "Saemaul Undong is not only a general ODA which has received a lot fund but also a large-scale project. It is just a effective way to help villagers to escape from poverty." Also, he added, "When you practice Saemaul Undong, your role is very important since you, the Saemaul leaders, have to make a greater effort. I hope you will feel fulfilled by starting a little thing with your villagers and all of you will try your best to spread Saemaul Undong successfully in the entire area of Mongolia in the future."

   "I could learn that Saemaul Undong focuses on building up well-to-do global community for our future. To do that, a voluntary participation of villagers is the most critical factor. Based on what I learned through this training, I will make an effort to spread Saemaul spirits to villagers and help them to practice Saemaul Undong actively." Otgon, Tsetsgee, the agricultural expert, revealed her strong ambitions.
