President SO, Jin Kwang of Korea Saemaul Undong Center delivered a special lecture on Saemaul Undong, entitled Evolution Saemaul Undong by having more than ninety participants including Prime Minister, Korean ambassador to Honduras, government officials from related agencies, and professors, visiting Office for Government Policy Coordination in Honduras on June 22.

In the lecture, President SO said “Saemaul Undong is the successful community model which contributed to making ‘Inclusive Society’, satisfying the core elements of community development: governance, social capital, and sustainability.” Also, he added “I hope future generation between two countries will spread success cases of Saemaul Undong so that they can contribute to global common prosperity.”
