Ambassador Wylbur Chisiya SIMUUSA of Zambia to Korea and his fellow workers had a meeting with President Chung, Sung Heon of Korea Saemaul Undong Center (KSC) to share Saemaul Undong examples and discuss mutual cooperation methods on last 28.
Ambassador Wylbur Chisiya SIMUUSA said “Zambia utilizes only ten percent of its territory as an agricultural area, although we have ninety percent crop land available of the territory. Besides, we have abundant water but we lack water technology which is needed in farming.” He added that “in regard to this, we would like to cooperate with KSC so that we can solve the problems and develop Zambia as the agricultural country by sharing Saemaul Undong experiences.” 
To this, President Chung responded “I sincerely hope the experiences of Saemaul Undong will help Zambia develop its agricultural sector. However, the most important thing is to head for the right direction even if it takes a lot of time.”
