Korea Saemaul Undong Center hosted five-day Saemaul Training for Mongolia for the civil servants of Ulaanbaatar. A total of 36 trainees attended ? 21 from January 27 to 31, 15 from April 9 to 13.

With theory lessons and case studies, trainees gained an understanding of the principles and spirit of Saemaul Undong. They also talked about ways to restore the polluted Tuul River in the group discussion session.

Purepjab Eoyongchimek, the HR Officer of Khan Uul District Public Service Corporation of Ulaanbaatar said, “In this session, I realized that Saemaul Undong played a crucial role in Korea’s achievement in economic development today. With reference to the cases of Saemaul Undong, I will do my best to contribute to the development of my country.”
