Korea Saemaul Undong Center carried out the Saemaul Undong Training for Global Students from November 5th to 6th, 2020.

The training program was attended by 43 foreign students from 25 countries, to introduce them Saemaul Undong, which was the driving force of the South Korea’s economic development, strengthen capability of future global Saemaul leaders, and build international network platform for Saemaul Undong.

During the training period, trainees have learned about the history and successful cases of Saemaul Undong, as well as discussing how to deal with the extreme poverty and climate crisis. Also, they had a field trip to Organic Solar Power Plant, Intelligent Chicken Farm, Water-saving Greenhouse Farm, etc., to experience crisis of climate and life.
