The 2021 On-site Training of Saemaul Undong for Lao PDR was held in Hangxingsawang Village, Lao PDR in March 31st, 2021. Dr. Yum, Hong Chul, President of Korea Saemaul Undong Center delivered his congratulatory speech to the trainees using the on-line video conference platform.
