The launching ceremony, held at Hannam Makerspace, was held with about 30 guests and club members attending, including Yum Hong Chul, president of the Saemaul Undong Center, Lee Kwang-seop, president of Hannam University, and Yang Yong-mo, chairman of Daejeon City Saemaul Association. Saemaeul Club plans to run various programs such as practicing and promoting carbon neutrality due to the climate crisis, volunteering at home and abroad, and personality education with the aim of fostering future leaders who solve local problems on their own.
