On January 26, President Yum, Hong Chul held a meeting for Saemaul Undong's new leap with the participation of staff members of Korea Saemaul Undong Center.

​In his greetings at the meeting, President Yum emphasized the well-being of staff members such as balancing work-life, creating a workplace culture that took into consideration the younger generation such as the MZ generation, organizing an organization that facilitates communication and discussion, and spreading a culture of democratic decision-making in the workplace.

After the greeting speech, at the communication session with the employees, under the topic of employee welfare, various ways to develop Korea Saemaul Undong Center into a workplace where everyone wants to work for a long time were discussed.
