Korea Saemaul Undong Center carried out monitoring of the 2022 Kyrgyzstan Global Saemaul Undong Model Village Project from December 11 to December 19, 2022.

The Kyrgyzstan monitoring team toured 4 Model Villages and visited the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Kyrgyzstan and the State Agency on Local Self Government of Kyrgyzstan to understand the current status of the projects and to ask for interest and cooperation.

This year, Kyrgyzstan 4 Model Villages have constructed a village hall, a village park, and promoted a water project, road expansion & pavement project as environmental improvement projects.

Kyrgyzstan was newly selected for the Global Saemaul Undong Model Village Project this year and the Projects will be implemented for five years until 2026.
