The 2023 Saemaul Undong Global Cooperation Minister's Conference took place from July 5th to July 7th at BEXCO in Busan. It marked the inaugural high-level meeting dedicated to promoting the values and achievements of Saemaul Undong​ worldwide. The conference saw the participation of 29 ministers and vice ministers from 46 global partner countries, making it a significant international event.

On August 25th, the central headquarters conducted a comprehensive review session on the conference. Held in the main building's second-floor conference room, the session included the presence of President Kwak Dae Hoon, Secretary General Kim Hwan Hak, representatives from the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Busan Saemaul Association, and the International Cooperation Division. The event involved the presentation of the final report by the contracted agency and discussions on the assessment and evaluation of the conference. It was a valuable opportunity for deliberation among the attendees.
