On August 31st, the Saemaul Undong Center conducted a one-day Saemaul Training for 10 Laos government officials who were invited by the Korea Forest Service during their visit to Korea.

Early in the morning, they visited the Saemaul History Museum, where they watched an introductory video on Saemaul Undong. They received explanations about the development process of the Saemaul Undong​ and South Korea while touring the museum.

Later, they moved to the archival exhibition hall where Saemaul Undong​ records are displayed. There, they examined various materials produced in the 1970s, such as project journals and meeting minutes.
