On January 17th (Wednesday), the Saemaul Undong Center held the Completion and Inauguration Ceremony for the pre-training of the University Saemaul Club and Youth Saemaul Solidarity overseas volunteer teams.

The 2023 Winter Saemaul Undong overseas volunteer program, involving a total of 63 participants, including 14 members from the Youth Saemaul Solidarity and 49 members from the University Saemaul Club, will take place in Laos, East Timor, Fiji, and other locations. They will engage in various volunteer activities such as community service, skills-based volunteering, and educational service, along with experiencing the local culture. The program is scheduled to run from today, the 17th, to the 31st, spanning approximately two weeks.
