On April 17th (Thursday), the closing ceremony for Saemaul Undong Invitational Training Program for Papua New Guinea was held in Lecture Room 5 of Saemaul Undong Center.

The ceremony was attended by 22 trainees from Papua New Guinea, Secretary-General Kim Sung-ho, and Jeong Je-moon, Team Leader of Saemaul Development Cooperation Division at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

Secretary-General Kim Sung-ho encouraged the trainees by saying, "Whenever you face difficulties in the field, I hope you will revisit the core spirit of Saemaul Undong and work together with local residents to build an ideal model of the movement."

Team Leader Jeong Je-moon added, "We look forward to seeing you actively apply what you've learned through this training. The Government of the Republic of Korea will continue to support and cheer you on."

Please support Papua New Guinea trainees who have completed long training for 9 nights and 10 days so that they can actively carry out Saemaul pilot projects in their own countries.
