Korea Saemaul Undong Center (President Gwang-lim Kim) held the '2026 Dominican Republic and Honduras Saemaul Training Opening Ceremony' on the 15th.

The ceremony was attended by 32 trainees, including pilot village leaders and government officials. The training will run for 10 days and 9 nights.

The trainees are expected to deepen their understanding of Saemaul Undong and enhance their capabilities through sharing best practices of pilot projects, participating in group discussions, and conducting field visits.

Korea Saemaul Undong Center plans to provide continuous support going forward to ensure that Saemaul Undong successfully takes root and becomes localized in both the Dominican Republic and Honduras.
