Korea Saemaul Undong Center (President Kim Gwang-lim) held the 1st Saemaul Diplomacy Group (SDG) Meeting on June 19 at Yonsei University, bringing together members of the diplomatic corps in Korea and domestic and international stakeholders.

The meeting was attended by approximately 170 participants from 52 countries, including ambassadors and diplomats from 23 countries as well as representatives from government agencies and related organizations, further strengthening the foundation for international cooperation.

Through keynote speeches, case presentations, and ambassadorial sessions, participants shared the development experiences and achievements of Saemaul Undong with the international community and engaged in in-depth discussions on sustainable community development.

Korea Saemaul Undong Center plans to continue operating various regular programs to strengthen cooperation with the diplomatic corps in Korea and further develop the SDG into a key platform for advancing the Global Saemaul Undong around the world.
