Korea Saemaul Undong Center (President Kim Gwang-lim) held the opening ceremony for the Fiji and Papua New Guinea Invitational Saemaul Training Program on July 21.

A total of 39 trainees, including pilot village leaders and government officials from both countries, attended the ceremony. The training program will run for 10 days and 9 nights.

Through the program, the trainees will enhance their understanding of Saemaul Undong, share success stories from pilot projects, establish actionable plans, and conduct field visits to build their capacity to drive future projects.

Korea Saemaul Undong Center plans to provide continuous support to ensure that Saemaul Undong takes root effectively and achieves sustainable local adoption in Fiji and Papua New Guinea.​
